On ORION NNPD 1(401) sounds like they are talking about coverage and towers, maybe testing?

Orion is having up grades done to the system over the next couple of weeks. Probably checking coverage after adjustments!

What time of day has this been going on?
I've been hearing a lot of traffic for several weeks on 401 during the evenings that has had nothing to do with coverage testing.

I didn't want to spell that out exactly, but you're right, Mike. That's been good listening every night.

?
The big question is WHEN will NN start using P25 on its entire system? City Council passed a resolution last January (or December 2011) to start P25 Operations. Anyone know WHEN?
