Thanks to everyone for the info on VSP STARS

I recommend programming VSP tac/surv (154.665/154.695) and SIRS (39.540) in your scanner for when you're driving through Virginia. SIRS is the statewide interagency law enforcement channel and is used by VSP to talk directly to local law enforcement. The rest of VSP's traffic will indeed be on STARS

This is a good chart. However on the I-95 chart between Thornburg and Aquia Creek is in Division 2, not 3.
I don't know how to the wiki otherwise I'd correct it myself.

Good catch! On the division map in the Wiki, I mistakenly looked at the "Channel 3" label inside "Division 2", and grabbed the wrong digit.

It has been fixed.

In case it helps, since the page Travel Reference (VA) grew too large, each highway now has its own page. The pages for I-85 and I-95 are now:
