The digital on 159.09 is most likely King George Sheriff's Dispatch.

152.8175 is a control channel for the STARS Edgehill site, I believe.

154.1000 [162.2] is Goochland Sheriff.

154.4300 [118.8] is Powhatan Fire.

155.9625 [ d115] is Surry County (listed as Sheriff in database).

Pretty cool getting different fire dept.'s and police from further than normal.

Lately it has been pretty easy to get far away radio traffic; clear dawns and dusks are what usually works best for me. Just this morning my car fm radio was having trouble between competing stations on or near the same frequency. One clear morning this summer driving from Dumfries, VA to DC at around 500am; I could clearly hear a richmond fm radio station (102.1) all the way up 395 into arlington county, va. I couldn't believe how far it traveled and it was still crystal clear.
