I live in eastern Loudoun county and looking at HP-2 or BCD536HP.. Anyone using the HP2? How does the APCO Phase 2 decode perform for Loudoun and Fairfax? Worth buying?

It will work fine for both. You should get a good Fairfax signal from the Reston repeater. FYI Fairfax is Phase 1 and I dont believe they will change that anytime soon.
