Haven't listened in 3-4 years. Thinking about getting another 396t. Has anything changed in the Richmond area as far as freqs?

I'm not sure when STARS was officially adopted, but that's the Statewide system that VSP and other agencies have gone too.

Everything is still pretty much status quo - the regional system will be updated in about 2 years or so.

ETA: Hanover finally dumped that horrible GE 800MHz system a couple of years ago and moved to a new Motorola system....
