Staunton dmr 436 analyze help

hello, please help!!! i purchased the dmr key, installed the "pre release" onto the scanner. made a system using the 4 frequencies staunton has listed as dmr. installed the system on scanner. it is "on" to be scanned. service types are on,it is listed as conventional, (i think) but still says "select system no system found matching your entry". i know it is working because when i scan it i hear something like a control channel. it stays stuck on that channel. what am i doing wrong with the edacs/ltr/dmr finder?

The DMR release is not active yet. You have to wait until the next firmware update for the DMR to work.
You bought a pre-release activation.

For conventional DMR frequencies, they need to be entered as a single frequency DMR system, for each frequency. Have you done that?
