Fredericksburg City Fire signal strength diminshed?

It may be me but I can no longer receive Fredericksburg City Fire (154.415) as clearly as I used to. I live only live about 7 miles west of I95 at Exit 130 (Fredericksburg) and get zero reception in my house now with any of scanners and only scratchy reception on the second floor with a bigger antenna. Day as well as evening.

Anyone else notice a drop off of signal strength?

Yes, and they had equipment problems. I heard their radio guy working on it. It appears to be fixed now. I am at 4 mile fork.
