Ken,
Do you hang out on local repeater or statewide? I haven't been able to find you so far.

Thanks

Both. Mostly statewide. I am in Richmond today. I can't get into statewide so I think the codeplug might have an incorrect setting. I think was able to get into the brandmeister hotspot

Believe it or not I often pick up Charlottesville while in Lex too.
It might have been taken down at the request of the trustee. I believe Repeaterbook will honor those request.

I got that Ken, my issue is getting that large group of contacts... I assumed it is all tied together with the codeplug data? I entered about a dozen contacts. Has to be a easier simpler way to do it all...

Oh the contacts are separate as I have found out. There are current list of contacts floating out there but in order to import them with cps 1.22 you have to have the latest firmware

Are you using both cps and contact manager?

Been reading links on your Google group. I somehow missed that information. I see I need to upgrade to 22 and also do the big contacts list. I understand now why I am missing so many conversations. I only have 13 contacts.. LOL..

Got to watch the plugs you download there, they don't have the MD 2017 plug , the Cs800D is butchered from contact manager, like all contact manager merges look good on the outside but on the inside butchered, contact manager saves you some time but I feel sorry for the people that have no clue because it can really hack one, last one I downloaded had dupes all through it in both channels and TGID s obvious it was merged in contact manager

I just started a new group to discuss DMR in Virginia. It includes a chat area, File uploads, and a Database. VirginiaDMR@HamRadioDMR.groups.io
