Roanoke trunking info I have thus far....

Im trying real hard to put together some truning info. I just got my Pro-95 yesterday and went from knowing NOTHING to getthing a lot entered in 1 day! HAHA! Back in the days, I had a Uniden TurboScan II, covered 800, but didnt have trunking. When Roanoke County first went trunk, I could listen but data burst made it painfull. :-)

Anyway, Ive got the trunk freqs... And trying to put together GroupIDs for who is who.

As the city and county share the same trunk system, you hear both traffic. Nifty. They were hybrid TypeI and TypeII for a while, and Ive got a lot of reference to county TypeI GroupIDs.... Which are outdated.

If anyone has any updates for this, please let me know! Here goes...

Im also attaching the WIN95 profile file that I have in my scanner now. This is for the WIN95 software, freeware to program Pro-95 scanners.

Well, I may have spoke too soon. My V7 relese will be due out soon, updating now, but I have to go to work in the morning so Im calling it quits. Im sure theres some errors but its the best I can do until I get some of the stuff confirmed.

Thanks for the link MusicMan... I also just looked at the RR database and got all the IDs I think Ill ever need, and they appear to be up to date!!

This place is great, now all I need to do is make a donation!

Close thread, Ive got all the IDs and freqs working for Roanoke trunking. See the above link/URL for RoanokeVA-V8.zip file containing the WIN95 profile file!
