Default Digital decoding over analog scanner

I have an analog scanner and I am receiving digital transmissions. I don't know if it is a certain type of encryption.

Not quite sure if you are trying to ask a question or just make a statement. Any analog scanner will receive digital transmissions, it just won't decode them... so all you will hear is noise (whether encryption is being used or not).

The purpose of this forum is to discuss software that can be used to decode digital voice. You can use your analog scanner to do this. If that's what you're hinting to then you're in the right place. If you need help figuring out what you're hearing then this is the wrong forum. Please use the General Scanning forum for that.
If you PM me expect a long delay. Please use direct email for a quicker response.
