.wav playback DSDPlus+ 1.51

lets say I have a .wav file that I will call xyz123.wav. what is the syntax to play it back so I can analyze it. I have tried several different things and none have worked.

c:\users\yada\yada\DSDPlus-1.51>dsdplus.exe -fr ? xyz123.wav
3 frequency records loaded

processing input file 'xyz123.wav'
input file: fmt block was expected, but not found
WAV header processing error - aborting

c:\users\yada\yada\DSDPlus-1.51>_

is about all I get.

the .wav file is in the same folder as DSDPlus.

Looks like there is something wrong with the wav file or something in the headers that DSD+ doesn't like. I'm guessing it wasn't created with DSD+?

Hate to bump an old thread, but I'm seeing that too. I tried using a WAV file created from my BCD536HP scanner...

A few people have mentioned this won't work as the file isn't a discriminator audio
