Can't get dsd fl to work

On nxdn48. System displays at 'Site L1002-1'.
Edited dsd.freqs to look like this:
NEXEDGE48, L1002, 1, 1, 164,150, 164,150, 1
...
NEXEDGE48, L1002, 1, 12, 165.100, 165.100, 1

But voice following tries to tune to 0.000.
Tracking files are created but containing 0s for freq.

What am i doing wrong?

Figured it out.
NEXEDGE48, 1002, 1, 1, 164,150, 0.0, 0
were correct for site L1002-1.

There probably should be a decimal point in that frequency instead of a comma.

Just a typo. Figured out i don't need 'L' in front of systemID.
