You download the public version at dsdplus.com and within that download are the directions how to subscribe to the Fast Lane service. That is the way the newest versions are released.
Latest public release is 1.074
Latest paid Fast Lane release is 1.092

Did you check your SPAM folder? Also, the program is emailed as an attachment, not a link to a download so be sure that your provider does nothing to attachments.
