DSD+ TIII network name not resolving

Using DSD+ v2.32 FL + FMP24 v2.19.
Using 4 modified batch files. -rc -rv modes

I've been looking at TIII networks around my area and have come across 3 different networks.

T1 (1.1, 1.2)
L1 (2.x, 3.x, 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, 13.x)
L13 (3.x)

Problem I'm having is when I specify T1 and L1 in .networks file the last entry with the same 'networkID' is what is used to Alias/Label the network. 'Rail' in this case. The .sites Alias/Label is OK.

.networks: (stuff after quotes only there to clarify post)
TIII, 1, "Airport International" this is T1-1.1
TIII, 1, "Airport Domestic" this is T1-1.2
TIII, 1, "Rail" this is L1-3.7

.sites:
TIII, 1, 1.1, "International Terminal Building"
TIII, 1, 1.2, "Domestic Terminal Building"
TIII, 1, 3.7, "Mt Mountain"

.frequencies: (Not complete list - Only to show how entered)
TIII, 1, 1.1, 0091, 463.0000, 0.0, 0
TIII, 1, 1.2, 0109, 463.5000, 0.0, 0
TIII, 1, 3.7, 0045, 418.0000, 0.0, 0

I think this is similar to the issue I had with Cap+ networks back in December 2016.

You have three networks with the same network ID. DSD+ can not differentiate them. We will need to add code to use frequency information, same as Cap+.

Sweet. I'll been happy to see that added.

Are you able to shed any light on why calls appear only in S1/S2 (or blank spaces) and not in there LCN positions. I've seen this on Cap+, TIII and maybe Con+ I think. I need to use '3' in DSD+ CC to hear the voice.

If there is anything I can do to help diagnose this issue, just let me know.
