DC Fire Dispatch

Visiting DC and hearing very little on my BC436. Understand DC Police is encrypted but seem to be only hearing DC Ambulance Dispatch. Am I doing something wrong?

There is no ambulance only dispatch. Make sure you have updated the database in your radio and verify you have the right service types enabled. All normal operations are in the clear.
