Default DC Fire Tone-out details

Hi folks,
I attempted to search the forum without luck.
Never before I attempted to use the tone-out feature so I wonder where to find the Washington DC FEMS tone-out frequency to enter into my scanner.
Please, advise.

Does DC fire "tone out"? Not sure...

Don't know... perhaps not?

Loudoun does... I found it but nothing on DC anywhere.
