Cant find local Talkgroup ID's

Hello.
Just got a BCT8.
Trying to find the local PD and county sheriff talk group ID's so i can program this darn thing.
All i am seeing are Hex or Decimal #s and not sure if those are the same as the ID.
Here is the county info.

I understand how to program the frequencies in banks and such, and even how to get to the place to program the ID's. Just not seeing them on the above link. Where do i find these elusive talk group ID's?

They're there, as KPD is DEC #4848 that is the ID
This is what you want to enter, the decimal code. I'm in Hermiston today, holler if you get stuck
