Pasco PD freq change

Recently Pasco PD has changed there freq. Any ideas to what? On 155.910 I can still hear dispatch and North County, but no Pasco

They may have transitioned to the Benton county digital system.

So that I know the "lingo", what is CT 210.7? I know the freq is 151.2200 but what is the "CT 210.7"? New to scanning and thought I would ask some other Washington folks.
