Wrong frequency range , You could use it for 20 channels you know are conventional vhf &uhf such as SAR, Marine, AIR, anything in your neck of the woods that does not trunk , a true dinosaur.
I knew the thing was old!! I scanned last night and only picked up some air traffic. Oh well, back to the basement with it.... or maybe just to the dumpster!!
