Hi slimstah, welcome to RadioReference
Check out the lower priced mobile models here on this link: Tune in the action with a mobile scanner tune into the action of police fire ambulance - Durham Radio Sales and Service Canada

You could program MTS Fleetnet and get mostly everything but RCMP and WPS which are digital .

If you want to here the digital stuff, then the higher priced models are what you need, but are probably out of the suitable price range.

Another site that you could check out is this one.

GRE SCANNER: PSR300: Triple Trunking HandHeld Scanner

I have the PSR 300 as well as the PSR 500 Digital model. Both are excellent. If you are living in the Interlake area you will be able to monitor all the Rural EMS / FIRE TG'S easily on the lower priced psr 300 . However you will have to pay for the much more expensive digital 500 model if you wish to monitor RCMP .

For those that are interested here is an attachment 'Win 500 file' of my setup on my PSR 500 in Manitoba. I also programmed in Sask & the Opp towers in case I make road trips to one or the other province.
