TRX-1 Dead since upgrade

About 2 weeks ago we did the firmware and software update, TRX-1 has not picked up ANYTHING since then, we did not make any changes to our scanlists or frequencies or anything, just did the update, and my radio is like a big paperweight now... Any ideas?

Was it able to receive NOAA weather broadcasts before the updates were applied? How about now?

I *think* EZ Scan allows you to apply the CPU and DSP firmware updates again -- I'd try that.
