Let me stress something here. ANYONE can edit the wiki, and fix/delete links, regardless of the individual(s) who might have put something on an article. If you find something that's wrong, don't be shy about fixing it. If you really mess up an article, it can be reverted back to its original form, and no harm done. The user manual addresses this point clearly. No one is going to bent out of shape if you edit/delete a link that is bad -- in fact, the opposite is likely true - they're like to appreciate the effort.
Whomever originally put the links there might not be around anymore - it's hard to say. That's why we depend on many other pairs of eyes to get things straightened out when they change, like is the case here. I appreciate the note about the bad links, but taking the time to fix them is, frankly, a trivial exercise. 73 Mike
