Folks I have created a guidelines article that should be very helpful to those wishing to contribute to the project; particularly those that are kinda new to this area. Here is the URL;

It should answer a good number of the questions received so far, and gives a few coding hints as well. Please take the time to read this before delving into the project, as it will give you some direction and structure - something that is badly needed, given the potential size of this project.

I think this section of the Collaboration Guidelines is missing a word or two.
