Default Storing Fire tone out information in the wiki

At the moment, the database holds fire tone out (FTO) information, but does so rather inconsistently - sometimes it's in the files area, others in downloaded files such as Excel spreadsheets. This makes the information a bit clumsy to locate, particularly if you aren't quite sure what you are looking for.

A side benefit of the current collaboration project is that we now have a category with links to all the articles that have FTO information. Of course, not everything is moved out of the database as yet, but if you don't find it there, be sure to check the wiki to see if that information has been migrated (thanks go to Jay911 for the suggestion).

Getting to the category is quite easy; from the wiki pulldown, select collaboration then scroll down past the state/province listings.
