I've got a pdf from 5/09 titled "National Interoperability Field operations guide", which lists ALL the freqs. including CTCSS tones.
Can I upload or how do I upload since it's 2MB?
I have not seen this info ANYWHERE else.

If you search on '''NIFOG''', the URL has been passed around
many times, since Ver 1.0, now Ver 3.0 and posted in many of the forums.

It is allready listed and linked to here and here.
It doesn't have "all the freqs" because a lot of states have their own interop channels, in addition to the nationwide ones, that aren't listed in the NIFOG.

that is what I figured, was trying to see if was really new or something that had been passed around
