Is there a reason why Federal Government Itinerant - The RadioReference Wiki frequencies are in the Wiki, but not the DB under Common Federal?

Sorry I should have been more specific as they aren't all on the Common Federal list in DB. I was referring to Splinter Channel Plan , but others are also applicable.

* Manual does not specify if itinerant operation is allowed.

If anything is missing, then an appropriate submission would be urged.
