Bomb Threat @ Capital

I was listening today to the bomb threat today @ the capital square where some nut job put a pipe bomb into a backpack and hung it in a tree and set it on fire (went into open mode and got a few new talk ID’s) but then they went into radio silence never seen(heard) that before would they do that for homeland security issues?

going on again today (noon) think they have another one and the capital is locked down I think I found out why they are in radio silence they called in E.O.D. and I think they fear setting the device off with the radios
