Cool Racine Fire Bells testing P25

I was monitoring Racine Fire Bells on their frequency of 151.13 testing in P25 mode from various areas around Racine Co and Southern Milwaukee Co. using NAC ADC on my pro 106. The testing was yesterday afternoon; the digital signal was quite good here in central Milw Co; much better than the analog output. Will this be their new mode of conversation?

They have been testing it for a few months now. They are still not set on when or if they will switch over, they are just trying it on certain radios. As of now, they will still keep using analog. Some of the members like digital, and some don't, so it is uncertain for sure when the switch will be.
(Know most of the firebell group/help them out once in a while)
