Default Civil Air Patrol - FTX

Seems WY CAP will be holding an Exercise on April 17 & 18 2010
in the Casper Area.

Most of the new CAP Channels[listed in the RR WIKI] have been found by Scannists during these types of events.

Time to find the CAP WY Rptrs and pass them along.

148.1250 and 148.1500 are the two Rptrs, but CTCSS Tones and NAC's are needed to add to the RR DB and the RR WIKI.

I am friends with the CAP communications dude around Casper. With his permission (which I do not have yet), I will post them.
