City of Cheyenne Public Works Question

Hello,
I was curious as to if anyone has information on the City of Cheyenne Public Works frequencies? What I am looking for is the information on the Water Treatment plant and the Landfill if anyone has them that would be great. As much information I can get the better.

157.6125,154.040, as BOPU might see what those are used for?
