When I last worked on a radio system the shelters were kept between 70 and 67 if the temp went to 73 or below 60 we got alarms up the waz. I have heard horror stories from tower techs that do work for cell companies they say they have seen shelters where the ceiling light covers are melted from the heat. Our ac units ran even in the winter.
