acrs with pdw?

can anyone can explain to me how can i use to monitor acrs with the pdw?i'm using with icom r5.

Hook audio out from scanner not discriminator out to pdw.I use 129.125,136.800 here but theres others.check the net for more freq's used.works good for acars.
