What Are The Frequecies For The "Numbered" Areas In This Map?

I am looking for the frequencies for the numbered positions for this map in the NE United States (NYC Area)

This Airplane Will Be Cruising At FL330 (33,000 ft)

Also, Where the heck can I get updated sector maps?

Hmm...looks like a combo of ZNY and ZBW, with perhaps the northern most portion of ZDC thrown in for good measure.

All of the ARTCC stuff in the database can be cross referenced here - looks like ZNY and ZBW were updated pretty recently...

Sectional charts are pretty easy to find. Your local pilot's shop should have them or you can order from several places (like this VFR SECTIONAL CHARTS from Aircraft Spruce) online.

From north to south 1-125.325, 2-125.325, 3-124.525/134.0, and 4-124.525/134.0 .

124.525 is traffic outbound going over the pond and 134.0 is for decending traffic into providence and boston .
