The frequency of 856.4875 MHz, is licensed to Vestavia Hills, in nearby Jefferson County. The FCC callsign is WPKH239. However, as to why your radio is flashing "Shelby County" is beyond me!?

Heard a P25 control channel on 160.050 this morning. The System ID and NAC was 296.

The other frequencies are available on the license if anyone in the area wants to monitor them. I would only monitor the frequencies with the "FB8" station class code, as the others are the mobile input frequencies. It would be great if someone could run Pro96Com on the system and post the log files.

It is a P25 system, not Motorola.

That looks like all of the repeater output/control channel frequencies.

P25 auto or P25 manual?? that the 2 choices on my PSR500 & Pro197

P25 Auto should work fine. If it doesn't, you will have to run Pro96Com and find out the correct frequency/channel tables, and then enter them in a P25 Manual system.
