Of nd5y's research, the 5th & 11th line down are the frequencies around Huntsville. The 13th (2nd up from bottom) is in Jackson County. The 8th line down is Air Evac's license for the itinerant frequencies of 151.505 & 158.400 for nationwide use. Thanks nd5y for the benefit of your research.

Also, scannerman200, listen to 155.235. This frequency is licensed to Helen Keller Hospital in Sheffield and used by Air Evac and Colbert 911 for launches in the Shoals area. Air Evac gives 911 the flight info to 911 to relay to Air Evac's base in Cullman (?) by phone. There is an input frequency to 155.235 if you are too far away to hear the repeater. I can't think of the frequency at the moment, but it is listed somewhere I've seen.

Jonathon, When you find the input frequency for 155.235, please put it on this forum. I am actually to far away for the repeater, so I will need the input frequency. Thanks.

The input to 155.235 may be 150.805. This is from the FCC database for license KNEE239. Shows 155.235 & 150.805. I'll plug it in and see.

Upon lift off, Air Evac checks in with Colbert 911 with the flight plan. They then switch to the frequency of the on scene agency for landing coordination. Then, once they are back in the air, another contact is made to Colbert 911 with the particulars of the transport, including fuel info, number of souls on board, and destination.

The next Air-Evac station south of the Shoals is in Fayette, Alabama.

airevac frequency for west tx is 151.4000! I do not know how the 155.400 for airevac came up, because here in my hometown of McLennan co where west tx is you only hear airevac on 151.4000

I hear them active on 1) 151.910 dcs 131 and 2) 151.505 with a 136.5 tone and 3) 153.245 dcs 115.

So are you hearing primarily AE-64 on 151.910 (131 DPL), and AE-106 on 153.245 (115 DPL)? Who's using 151.505 (136.5 PL)? Also, what do they call these towers?

Since this thread has been revived, can anyone in the Northeast part of the state confirm the Huntsville tower frequency? From what I can tell by reading old posts and current license data, I believe they are no longer using a split frequency simplex setup, and are now using only 152.930. I have heard AE-15 on 152.930 (054 DPL) recently, but that was also the old input freq to their split frequency setup, so I'm not able to confirm it's not still in use.
