I know that MDC is a TM of Motorola, but what is it called ona kenwood radio for MDC, and what are the option on a Kenwood radio, i dont use it, but i was wondering when i picked up a kenwood TK 760H, and it crossed my mind if they use MDC types of programs on kenwood radios?

Ok lets try it again, Kenwoods version of MDC id "Fleetsync". And no the tk-760 only has "dtmf" signaling you would need to bump the radio model up to a tk-780 for Generation 1 fleetsync and i think that the 780 does have an option port so you may be able to run MDC on it since its HT version the tk-280 can. Oh "fleetsync" and "MDC1200" are not compatible in any way shape or form. its one or the other.
