I stumbled acrossed a lot of 10 of these radios and chargers... I can't seem to find any information or manuals via the internet.. does anyone know anything about these radios, are they good? Crappy, worth keeping, or selling? Any information is much appreciated

Depends on what you want to do with them. You will need to buy an interface cable and software to program them, and they will probably need new batteries depending on how heavily they have been used/abused (these are available from many sources). They are a pretty basic radio, but easy to work with. I have a few VHF maxons, and they work well for what they are.
