Motorola Spectra C-7

I have a motorola spectra C-7 mobile and when I punch the call button, I get the last id that called my radio. If I scroll up with mode key I get scratch pad, which is ok, but if I keep scrolling some wacky stuff comes up on the display.

Any clues or similar things seen.
