Default Antenna and tariffs in China/US trade war

The newly announced tariff list includes some references to antennas as being subject to forthcoming tariffs. The code in question is 8529.10.91.

Can anyone shed light on whether this will affect ham equipment.

BridgeCom Systems has already announced that the HT's and mobiles that they import from China will have price increases as current stock is depleted.

Obviously, Japanese brands will not be affected (yet). By the way, I was in Tokyo in June and visited three ham radio stores. No Chinese radios for sale at all.
