I was looking at the TX Freqs for the Kenwood TH-K2AT. It has 2 different ones, does anyone know which one is the wright one ?

144-148MHz
136-174MHz

This is an amateur radio HT and will transmit from 144-148 MHz and receive from 136-174 MHz.

The radio can transmit either depending on the board, 144-148 is standard amateur. While the 136-174 is a MARS/CAP radio useful if you will be doing search and rescue/public service work. Most of the time you will be restricted to 144-148 though.
