Error on my FT-60R

I need to know why my FT-60 is giving me an Error when I use the commander program. I'm trying to transfer the data from my radio to the computer. When I go to transfer, I follow the instruction. When I hit the ptt button it gives me an error. I'm using the FT-60 Commander by kc8unj along with the ct-2 usb adapter from ttl2usb.com.

When I plug in the ct-2 usb, it said it found the hardware and it had installed it. I downloaded the driver for it. But still I have in error. I'm afraid to go on any further with it because I don't want to wipe out the memory on my radio. If anybody can help the would be great.

You may want to try the 'alternative' writing method to write to FT60. I forget where that option is located. I know that it is selectable from the top menu bar.

Thanks. I had figured it out. Thanks for the help. I had the cable backwards. Stupid me. LOL
