I have the TYT TH-UVF9 dual band and am having trouble programming it, using the USB to Kenwood "smart/chipped " cable and drivers, but even after installing new drivers I still get a yellow flag in the deviice manager ....so I am trying to use a serial to Kenwood cable but still nothing. The radio software allows you to transfer throgh COM 1-3.. .I have tried each of these but to no advail. I am running windows XP
