Chirp download error

I am trying to download the St. Louis area and get the following.

"subcat instance has no attribute 'scName"

All zip codes around that area do this. I have downloaded hundreds of other zips around the country and have never seen this.

Ideas?

I was told by the chirp dev that it's an issue regarding how the API talks to the database.
You might have to go in and edit the database and fix something, what exactly- I don't know.

As you know or don't know "Chirp is open source" You can download the latest build. This might solve the problem. I'm new to chirp but I have had no issues using it. It might be something worth looking into.
