I have a couple of Kenwood TM V71's that I am trying to program to receive a couple of frequencies I use at work. I don't want to transmit on the public safety frequencies below, just listen to them, These VHF public safety channels are narrowband and will not program into the TM V71.

The frequencies I wish to receive are 155.5425 and 154.1525.

I've tried different offsets and can't put these in directly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The V71A does not support tuning those 2.5KHz "splinter" channels now used by many public safety agencies. You will have to get a radio that does, the only Kenwood ham radios that do are the TM-271 and TM-281, most other Japanese ham radios from Icom and Yaesu do not support these modern narrowband channels steps either.
