Default Yaesu FT1DR WIRES-X Programming Software Error

Hey everyone! I have a question regarding the Yaesu FT1DR, and its programming software, and the use of WIRES-X. I am hoping someone else had an issue, was able to correct it, and can share their method for fixing it.

I currently use RT Systems software to program my Yaesu FT1DR, due to the ease of use as compared to Yaesu’s free software available for download. One thing I noticed is that when I write to the SD card from the radio, then review the programming with RT Systems, make updates and rewrite to the SD card, then read the SD card once back in the radio, it does not save my “Rooms” in WIRES-X.

Is there a way for this radio to be read, and written to, without losing the rooms that have been saved? It is tasking trying to resave all the rooms stored on this radio.

Thanks for everyone’s help and I am eager to hear your responses!
