what's the lowest power output FT-817ND is capable of after tuning up HF1,2,3-L1 in service menu?

I had to lookup the service menu, but I assume you are referring to menu items 27, 31, and 35. The description I see for each is:

HF1-L1: This sets the RF output power in the L1 power setting for HF Band 1 (0.5 watts.)
HF2-L1: Same as HF1-L1 except for HF Band 2.
HF3-L1: Same as HF1-L1 except for HF Band 3.

The default for these is 0.5 (i.e. 0.5 watts) Whatever you set in these settings will be the wattage when you select the L1 power setting.

Sure, but how low can you take the settings? 0.05W, 0.001W?
I don't have 817ND here to test.
