I was just wondering what the default out-of-box setting is for the USB and LSB rx offsets are.
When I had an 857 and later an 897, i noticed that out of the box the audio seemed kind of of thin. I wasn't until I changed the USB and LSB *receive* offsets to about -1.5 and + 1.5 respectively (I forgot the actual +/- direction) that the rigs started to sound normal.
Out of the box, the offsets were at zero, and I'm just wondering if that is the case with the 891 as well. Easy enough to change, but just wondering if the factory default is like the 857/897 setup was...
