Fdc fd-160a

Hi im getting a FDC FD-160A vhf Radio
From what ive read it works well on repeaters so im going to use it for my communications radio on the fire ground & so forth
As this is RR & at lest one other person will have used this radio!
Give me you opinion on the radio operations!

As to your first question, I don't think there is really a difference in ham radios & "FD" radios as long as its VHF 136-174 MHZ. But there could be if any on knows please tell me!

& neither have i tell i found one for a pretty good price every thing i read looks good about them...
