I understand that ATV can be monitired with a converter box and with new DTV
I was told to tune to a DTV channel on the box or DTV.
Any info to what channel or freq. it is?
Oat Mtn is the closest to my location in SoCal.

Amateur Television Network (ATN)

Amateur television uses the NTSC standards, not DTV. What's needed is an older analog TV and a frequency converter. If you chose to receive the microwave transmissions, a wideband FM demodulator, like what's used for the old C-Band satellite service would be needed.

From this (North American cable television frequencies - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia), the 919.25 frequency should translate to cable channel 145. Try to tune it in using your analog tuner, if your TV has one. Be sure to set your tuner to use the CATV channels, not the usual over-the-air channel settings.

Indy had an ATV repeater that you could receive using some TVs with analog UHF tuners. You could see it by tuning just below channel 14. Back in the late 1970s it was all the rage to buy OEM UHF tuners and build your own ATV receiver.
