problem with the two way

guys please help me out, got a motorola cp200xls, when i key up every one can here me loud and clear, but i can not here them talk to me, well i can here them but it is very low sound. please help

Check to see if your are programed wideband and they are narrowband. If you are using the radio in commercial service everyone will need to be narrowband by Jan 1, 2013. If you are using it for ham radio it should be wideband.
